Austrian Patent Office AT 12236 U1 2012-01-15
Description: The invention relates to a cable holder with strain relief, with at least one preferably helically wound channel for a cable or a light waveguide or the like having ring member and, more preferably, with a fastening means on the ring member for suspending the cable holder.
For bracing electrical cables and data transmission cables suspension and guying devices are known from the prior art. Such a device is described for example in DE 1 087 198 A. The known suspension and guying device has a ring-shaped or disc-shaped anchoring part, which is equipped with a helical groove receiving the cable. At Abspannteil a bearing part is arranged, which serves for the storage of Abspannteiles in a support hook with trough-shaped bracket and locking member.
From DE 38 38 064 A1 a guy hook for cable is known, which consists of a groove which is bent with its opening to the outside helically to form a ring. In addition, the guy hook has a fastening device with which the guy hook can hang. At the ends of the groove auxiliary grooves are provided, wherein the auxiliary grooves are curved with its opening to the outside and the radius of curvature is smaller than that of the channel and wherein the auxiliary grooves are arranged such that an inserted cable not over the ends of the channel, but on the curved auxiliary grooves is continued.
Known from the prior art Kabelhalterweisen as a fastening device on a hook that allows hanging the cable holder, for example, with a tree hook to a tree, a mast or other carrier.
Object of the present invention is to develop a cable holder of the type mentioned and to provide a cable holder with improved properties.
The above object is achieved in a first embodiment of the invention in a cable holder of the type mentioned above in that a retaining profile is provided for sliding onto a mast or the like and for fastening the cable holder to the mast, wherein, preferably, the retaining profile and the ring member are arranged concentrically in a mounting state of the cable holder to a common longitudinal axis or coaxially. In a concentric arrangement of the holding profile and ring member, the cable holder according to the invention can be pushed on the center of a mast or the like, which is advantageous for the cable routing over the cable holder.
By holding profile, it is possible to attach the cable holder in a simple manner to a mast or the like. The inner contour of the holding profile can preferably be adapted to the outer contour of the mast, that by pushing the retaining profile on the mast a radially acting positive connection between the mast and the cable holder and thus a rotation lock results, wherein the ring member against rotation secured around the longitudinal axis of the mast. Here it is understood that various retaining profiles for different sized cross-sectional areas and / or different cross-sectional geometries having masts can be provided.
To achieve the above object is provided in an alternative embodiment of a cable holder according to the invention of the type mentioned in that the ring member has an at least partially deviating from the ideal circular shape inner contour such that the ring member in a first position on a mast or the like preferably polygonal cross-section can be pushed and that a rotation of the ring member is effected on the mast by the inner contour of the ring member. The cable holder described above can be fixed in a simple manner against rotation masts or the like, which can be for the cable guide during clamping and / or hanging and / or deflection of the cable of advantage over the hanging attachment of the cable holder to a mast or the like via a hook , In the embodiment described above, an anti-rotation is caused by the ring member, wherein the inner contour of the ring member according to the outer contour of the mast, pushed onto the ring member and on which the ring member must be stored against rotation, must be adapted. It is understood that the term " mast " in the context of the invention may relate to any preferably tubular (elongated) carrier or (street) post to which the cable holder is to be attached.
To achieve the above object, a pressure medium for pressing an inserted cable to the gutter is finally provided in a cable holder of the type mentioned in a third embodiment of the invention. As a result, on the one hand causes a strain relief of an inserted cable and on the other hand effectively prevented jumping off the cable from the gutter.
The foregoing aspects and features of the present invention, as well as the aspects and features of the present invention described below, can be implemented independently of each other but also in any combination. Further advantages, features, characteristics and aspects of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment with reference to the drawing. 1 shows a side view of a cable holder according to the invention in the axial direction of the cable holder, [0012] FIG. 2 shows a side view of the cable holder shown in FIG. 1 in the radial direction, [0013] FIG. 3 shows a side view of a holding profile in the axial direction of the holding plate, and [0014] FIG. 4 is a side view of the holding plate shown in FIG. 3 in the radial direction.
In Figs. 1 and 2, a cable holder 1 is shown with strain relief, which has a a helical winding groove 2 for a not shown cable or the like exhibiting ring member 3 and a fastening means 4 on the ring member 3 for suspending the cable holder 1. As a fastening means 4, a hook is provided.
The ring member 3 shown in Fig. 1 has an at least partially deviating from the ideal circular shape inner contour such that the ring member 3 in a first position on a mast or road post, not shown, or the like, of a polygonal cross-section, in particular a quadrangular cross-section may have, can be pushed, wherein by the inner contour of the ring member 3, a rotation of the ring member 3 is effected on the mast.
On an inner wall of the ring member 3, at least one extending in the radial direction over a circular inner edge 5 of the ring member 3 inwardly extending extension 6 may be provided as rotation. Preferably, a plurality of in particular symmetrically distributed over the inner circumference of the ring member 3 arranged projections 6 is provided, wherein in the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, three symmetrically distributed over the inner periphery of the ring member 3 arranged extensions 6 are provided. In addition, more, shorter extensions 7 are provided on the inner wall of the ring member 3.
The longer extensions 6 may have 3 straight outer edges 8 on the side of the center M of the ring member. The same applies to the outer edges 9 of the other, shorter extensions 7. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, it is provided that intersect by the straight outer edges of the longer extensions 6 tangents 10 at an angle α of about 60 °. This allows the sliding of the ring member 3 on a mast in a simple manner and at the same time achieves effective protection against rotation of the ring member 3 on the mast.
The cable holder 1 may have a retaining profile 11 for sliding onto a mast or the like and for attaching the cable holder 1 to the mast, wherein, preferably, the retaining profile 11 and the ring member 3 in a non-illustrated mounting state of the cable holder 1 concentric to a common longitudinal axis X can be arranged. The holding profile 11 is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, wherein the holding profile 11 may be provided on a retaining plate 12 connected to the ring part 3 in the assembled state. The holding profile 11 may be tubular, preferably as a square tube. The holding profile 11 allows for a sliding of the ring member 3 on a mast or the like, wherein the inner contour of the retaining profile 11 may be complementary to the outer contour of the mast, so that by the inner contour of the retaining profile 11, the ring member 3 against rotation about the longitudinal axis of the Mast is secured. This makes it possible in a simple manner, the cable holder 1 to be secured against rotation on a mast, the orientation of the cable holder 1 is fixed to the ground by the orientation of the mast to the ground. It is not shown in detail that retaining plates 12 may be provided with different retaining profiles 11 to push the cable holder 1, if necessary, on masts with different cross-sectional geometry and / or different sized cross-sectional area and fix.
By holding profile 11, a fastening of the ring member 3 is possible on a mast, wherein the ring member 3 and the mast can form a substantially immovable structural unit. This has an advantageous effect on the cable routing of the cable inserted into the channel 2 during suspension and bracing.
It is not shown in detail that the retaining profile 11 and the ring member 3 need not be arranged concentrically to a common longitudinal axis X in each case. It is also possible in principle that the holding profile 11 is arranged eccentrically to the center M of the ring member 3. It is equally possible that the longitudinal axis of the holding profile 11 and the longitudinal axis of the ring member 3 intersect at an angle.
In the illustrated embodiment, in the assembled state concentric with a common longitudinal axis X arranged retaining profile 11 and ring member 3, the retaining profile 11 may be inserted into a central opening 13 in the support plate 12 and welded to the support plate 12. This ensures a firm connection between the retaining profile 11 and the retaining plate 12 and a high stability of the connection of the cable holder 1 to a mast.
4, which make it possible to screw the retaining profile 11 and thus the cable holder 1 to a mast or the like or to fix a screw connection to the mast in the axial direction.
The retaining plate 12 may be releasably secured to an inner wall of the ring member 3. This makes it possible to hang the ring part 3, if necessary, either with the hook provided as a fastening means 4 not shown in detail tree hook or the like to a tree or a mast or other support, the ring member 3, if necessary, separated from the support plate 12 on a mast or the like postponed, whereby a rotational security is effected by the projections 6 to the ring member 3, or the ring member 3 in the assembled state, d. H. after attaching the retaining plate 12 to the ring member 3, postpone with the retaining profile 11 on a mast or the like and thereby to hold the mast and to secure the ring member 3 against rotation about the mast.
The holding plate 12 shown in Figs. 3 and 4 can in an insertion position in the ring member 3, d. H. be replaceable in the space between the circular inner edge 5 of the ring member 3, and be converted by turning into a locking position, wherein the holding plate 12 in the locked position can be fixed against rotation and in the axial direction immovably to the ring member 3. As a result, a simple and quick attachment of the holding plate 11 is ensured on the ring member 3. For this purpose, the preferred embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 on the already described web-like extensions 6, 7 on the inner wall of the ring member 3. In this case, a plurality of first longer extensions 6 and a plurality of second shorter extensions 7 are provided on the inner wall, wherein the first extensions 6 and the second extensions 7 different degrees in the radial direction beyond the circular inner edge 5 of the ring member 3 and different distances can extend in the circumferential direction of the ring member 3. This is evident, in particular, from FIG. 1. However, as is shown only schematically in FIG. 1, the first extensions 6 and the second extensions 7 are each arranged at a distance from each other in the axial direction , so that the holding plate 12 can be held in the locked state between the first extensions 6 and the second extensions 7. As a result, the holding plate 12 can be fixed immovably to the ring member 3 in the axial direction. The first extensions 6 may be arranged in the axial direction opposite to the second extensions 7, wherein between a first extension 6 and a second extension 7, a slot-shaped guide portion 15 may be formed for the holding plate 12.
To center the retaining plate 12 in the ring member 3, a plurality of over a circular outer edge 16 of the retaining plate 12 in the radial direction outwardly projecting projections 17 may be provided. This is shown in FIG. The extensions 17 are preferably distributed equidistant from one another over the circumference of the holding plate 12 in order to be able to fulfill the centering function.
As can be seen from a comparison of FIGS. 1 and 3, the diameter of an applied in the region of the extensions 17 to the holding plate 12 outer edge circle 18 of the holding plate 12 may be larger than the diameter of a guide portion 15 between the first extensions 6 and As a result, the extensions 17 act on the retaining plate 12 as an additional anti-rotation, wherein the projections 17 upon rotation of the retaining plate 12 after insertion into the ring member 3 against projections 20 on the inner wall of the ring part 3 can strike.
The holding plate 12 also has a plurality of relative to the circular outer edge 16 of the holding plate 12 in the radial direction inwardly recessed recesses 21, the insertion of the holding plate 12 in the guide portion 15 between the first projections 6 and the second projections. 7 enable. The contour of the recesses 21 is adapted to the contour of the smaller second extensions 7 on the ring part 3. In the illustrated embodiment, the recesses 21 in the circumferential direction a slightly greater length than the extensions 7 on the ring member 3. Moreover, the diameter of an applied in the region of the recesses 21 to the support plate 12 outer edge circle 22 is smaller than the diameter of one in the region of the smaller The diameter of the outer edge circle 22 in the region of the recesses 21, however, is greater than the diameter of an inner peripheral circle 24 applied to the annular part 3 in the region of the larger extensions 6 Guidance area 15 between the first projections 6 and the second projections 7 ensures, the recesses 21 allow the insertion of the holding plate 12 in the axial direction of the smaller projections 7 in the inner region of the ring member 3 until the holding plate 12 against the larger projections 6 on Ri ngteil 3 is applied and then secured by twisting. This will be discussed below.
As is apparent from FIGS. 3 and 4 further, the holding plate 12 may be a locking or. Locking device 25 for fixing the holding plate 12 on at least one projection 7 of the holding plate 12 in the locking position. The locking device 25 has a flat locking element 26, on the outer edge of a recess 27 is provided, whose size is adapted to the size of the extensions 7 on the ring member 3. The locking element 26 is attached to the end of a bolt 28 and can be shown in FIG. 4 against the spring force of a spring 29 by pressurizing a bolt head 30 in the direction Y to move, so that the distance between the holding plate 12 and the locking member 26 is increased. Upon release of the spring 29, the locking element 26 is pulled due to the restoring force of the spring 29 against the holding plate 12, wherein a minimum distance between the holding plate 12 and the locking element 26 is ensured by a screwed onto the bolt 28 on the side of the locking element nut 32 32 , The distance between the holding plate 12 and the locking member 26 is smaller in the absence of pressurization of the bolt 28 than the thickness of the shorter web-like projections 7 on the ring member 3. Moreover, the locking member 26 is secured by a further outer nut 32 against loss. Finally, the locking element 26 is arranged between two retaining struts 31, which act as anti-rotation devices.
The illustrated locking device 25 can be in a simple manner, the insertion of the holding plate 12 in an insertion position in the ring member 3 and the transfer of the holding plate 12 by turning into the locking position. In this case, the locking element 26 overlaps with a first projection 33, the recess 21 on the holding plate 12. A further projection 34 limits the extent of the recess 27 in the circumferential direction.
The support plate 12 can be placed with the locking element 26 adjacent recess 21 on a shorter extension 7 on the inner wall of the ring member 3, wherein the locking member 26 is pushed against the spring force of the support plate 12 and the support plate 12 on the longer projections 6 comes to the plant. The projection 33 of the locking element 26 rests on the shorter extension 7 of the ring part 3 from above. Subsequently, the holding plate 12 is rotated until the projection 7 can engage in the recess 27 in the locking element 26, which leads to a spring back of the locking element 26 in the direction of the holding plate 12 and the locking of the retaining plate 12 on the ring member 3. In the locked state, a rotational movement of the holding plate 12 in the ring part 3 is then no longer possible, wherein the rotational movement is limited by the projections 33, 34 delimiting the recess 27 in the radial direction. It is understood that the recess 27 must have a sufficient size to allow engagement of the extension 7 in the recess 27.
As is apparent from FIGS. 1 and 2, at least one pressure means 35 may be provided for pressing an inserted cable to the channel 2. This ensures on the one hand the strain relief of an inserted cable and on the other hand prevents the cable from leaking out of the channel 2. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pressure means 35 has a clamping screw 35a. In order to be able to transmit a sufficient clamping or holding force to an inserted cable, the pressure means 35 can be displaceably mounted on the ring part 3 in the radial direction to the channel 2. For this purpose, the side webs 36, 37, 38 of the channel 2 in the axial direction of the ring member 3 passing through recess 39 is provided, wherein the recess 39 from the outer edges 40, 41, 42 of the side webs 36, 37, 38 in the radial direction to the channel bottom 39th extends and wherein the clamping screw 35a guided in the recess 39 and on the outer side bars 36, 38 of the channel 2 by screwing a nut 44 can be clamped. In order to securely clamp or hold a cable between the clamping screw 35a and the ring part 3, the clamping screw 35a can have circumferential grooves 47 for the cable.
The ring member 3 may have a radially outwardly extending retaining web 45 for the clamping screw 35a, wherein the retaining web 45 has a slot 46 and wherein the clamping screw 35a is slidably guided in the slot 46. As a result, a simple adjustment of the pressure medium 35 in the radial direction of the ring member 3 is ensured.
At the upper end of the retaining web 45 of the hook is attached as a fastening means 4 for suspending the cable holder 1.
The ring member 3 is preferably formed in one piece. Moreover, it may be in the ring member 3 is a casting, wherein the extensions 6, 7 may be available by machining the ring member 3. In addition, relief holes can be provided in the ring part in order to reduce the weight of the ring part 3. 5/11
